    Important Warning for Czech Republic Visa Applicants: Visas will not be issued for passports older than 10 years from the issue date, valid for all Schengen countries. This application is only applicable for new applications; citizens with Schengen visas in old passports may use their old passport until the visa's validity expires.

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CZECH REPUBLIC VISA

    • All old and new passports and photocopies (Passport must be valid for more than 6 months and have at least two blank pages)
    • 2 photos (Photos must be 35*45 biometric standard and taken within the last 3 months)
    • Hotel and flight reservations (Hotel reservations must be confirmed and from Booking.com, flight reservations must be in THY ticket format)
    • Travel health insurance (Must cover from 1 day before to 1 day after the travel dates. We can assist with this, please inquire)
    • Invitation letter for business and cultural visits (Invitation must be an original, signed, and stamped)
    • Personal bank account statements for the last 6 months for each individual over 18 - for business applications, additionally, company bank statement and personal statement are required. (Must be obtained no more than 15 days before application and each page must have the bank official's stamp and signature - if employed, bank statement showing salary deposits is also required)
    • Documents showing financial status (Documents supporting financial income such as title deeds, vehicle registration should be included in your file)
    • Residence certificate (Can be obtained from e-Government)
    • Detailed population registration certificate (Can be obtained from e-Government) - For married individuals, additionally, a marriage certificate
    • Photocopy of ID
       

    Additionally;

    FOR EMPLOYERS;

    • Letter of application on company letterhead - Must be written in English (Must include job position, purpose of travel, and travel dates)
    • Activity certificate (Must be an original or e-signed certificate, obtained within the last 1 month)
    • Photocopy of the Trade Registry Gazette
    • Signature circulars
    • Photocopy of tax certificate (If the tax certificate is damaged or newly registered, photocopies of the company's bank account statement and balance sheet should also be included)

    FOR EMPLOYEES;

    • Employer's letter - Must be written in English (Must include job position, purpose of travel, and travel dates, and must clearly state that the employee will resume work upon return)
    • SGK employment entry declaration (Must be barcoded)
    • Barcoded 4A service breakdown (Must be obtained from e-Government SGK registration and service breakdown step)
    • Last 3 months of salary slips (Stamped and signed by the company)
    • Activity certificate (Must be an original or e-signed certificate, obtained within the last 1 month)
    • Photocopy of the Trade Registry Gazette
    • Signature circulars
    • Photocopy of tax certificate (If the tax certificate is damaged or newly registered, photocopies of the company's bank account statement and balance sheet should also be included)

    FOR RETIREES;

    • If available, a photocopy of the retirement card with photo or a barcode document showing retirement status from e-Government
    • Bank account statements showing pension deposits (Must be personal, should show the last 3 months, obtained from the bank in original and include the bank official's signature circular)
    • FOR HOUSEWIVES
    • Letter of application
    • Documents required according to the spouse's or family's situation

    FOR STUDENTS;

    • Student certificate (University students must obtain a barcoded certificate from e-Government)
    • Detailed population registration certificate
    • Documents required according to the parents' situation
    • If under 18 and if neither parent is accompanying during the trip, a consent letter (The consent letter should specify the travel dates, include a request for multiple-entry visa, and be addressed to the Czech Consulate with Czech Republic as the travel destination)
       

    Important Reminders:
    Applications are accepted only from residents of the following cities:
    Istanbul, Ardahan, Artvin, Balıkesir, Bartın, Bayburt, Bilecik, Bolu, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çorum, Düzce, Edirne, Erzurum, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Karabük, Kars, Kastamonu, Kırklareli,

    NOTE:
    1: Photographs of documents taken electronically are not accepted; documents must be scanned and sent by email.
    2: Original documents must not have any "certified true copy" stamps.
    3: All documents must be A4 size.
    4: </strong;Children under 12 are not required to provide fingerprints.
    5: </strong;Each applicant must provide fingerprints during the application.

    The processing time for tourist and commercial applications at the Czech Consulate is typically 15 - 20 days, with faster processing for commercial applications. Processing times may be extended in special cases. It is recommended to send applications to our agency at least 30 days in advance. If your travel date is approaching, please consult us.
