    Documents required for a Dutch visa, including for employees, company owners, retirees, and students, are detailed below. Our expert staff is ready to assist you. European countries that can be entered with a Schengen visa may show slight variations in visa documents and procedures. Even though the Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy are Schengen countries, differences in documents and procedures may surprise you.

    Important Warning for Our Citizens Applying for a Dutch Visa: Visas are not required for Green, Grey, and Black Passports. Only citizens with a Red Passport are required to obtain a visa.

    DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR A DUTCH VISA

    • Passport and passport copies (Passport must be valid for more than 6 months and have at least two blank pages)
    • 2 photos (Photos must be 30*40 biometric standard and taken within the last 3 months)
    • Confirmed hotel reservation and flight reservation (Hotel reservations must be confirmed)
    • Travel health insurance (We can assist you with this, please consult us)
    • Invitation letter for business visits
    • Bank statement showing the last 3 months' transactions (Must be obtained with wet signature and stamp, dated within the last 15 days)
    • For family visits, an original invitation approved by the municipality. The inviter's income statement for the last 3 months, residence card or ID copy, marriage certificate copy, and certified copy of the population registration.
    • Proof of residence (Can be obtained from e-Government)
    • Certified copy of the population registration (Can be obtained from e-Government)
    • ID copy


    Additionally;

    FOR EMPLOYERS;

    • Letter on company letterhead (Must be signed and stamped)
    • Activity certificate (Must be original or e-signed, obtained within the last 1 month)
    • Copy of the Trade Registry Gazette
    • Signature circular
    • Copy of the tax certificate (If the tax certificate is damaged or newly registered, the company's last 3 months' bank statement)

    FOR EMPLOYEES;

    • Employer's letter (Must include wet-signed and stamped letter specifying the leave dates – in English)
    • Social Security entry report (Must be barcode-scanned)
    • Barcode-scanned 4A service statement (Must be obtained from e-Government Social Security registration and service statement section)
    • Last 3 months' salary slip (Stamped and signed by the company)
    • Activity certificate (Must be original or e-signed, obtained within the last 1 month)
    • Copy of the Trade Registry Gazette
    • Signature circular
    • Copy of the tax certificate (If the tax certificate is damaged or newly registered, the company's last 3 months' bank statement)

    FOR HOUSEWIVES;

    • Letter
    • Documents depending on the spouse’s or family’s status
    • If married, marriage certificate

    FOR STUDENTS;

    • Student certificate (University students must obtain a barcode-scanned certificate from e-Government)
    • Documents depending on the parents’ status
    • If under 18, a consent letter from parents if one or both are not present during travel

    FOR RETIREES;

    • If available, a copy of the retirement card with photo or a barcode-scanned document showing retirement status from e-Government
    • Bank statement showing retirement pension deposits (Must be personal, obtained in original form from the bank for the last 3 months, and include the bank official's signature and stamp)
       

    NOTE: Important Reminders:
    1: Photos of documents and printed electronic copies are not accepted; documents must be scanned and emailed.
    2: Documents required to be original must not have any stamps such as 'copy of original', etc.
    3: All documents must be A4 size.
    4: Children under 12 years old do not need to provide fingerprints.
    5: Individuals who have provided fingerprints for the Schengen area within the last 5 years do not need to be present during the application (The consulate may later request fingerprints and signature from the applicant)

    - The processing time for tourist and business visa applications at the Dutch Consulate is approximately 15-20 days, with business applications generally processed faster. Additionally, processing times may be extended in special cases.
    - It is recommended to send applications to our agency approximately 30 days in advance. If your travel date is approaching, please consult us.
    - People residing in any city in Turkey can apply from Istanbul (There is no regional distinction)
